Mrs. Marie Hinricks, wife of a Cal Tech professor, was elected President and dues were set at $1.00 per year. Two years later, in 1923, the Club had 206 members, representing 59 colleges. Currently, over 100 years later, the Club continues to adhere to its original purposes, providing scholarships and fellowships to deserving women in local colleges as well as providing social and intellectual opportunities for women in the Pasadena area.
