GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT MEMBERSHIP
Meetings etc.
Our club is active from the months of October through June, providing 9 months of meetings and outings. This allows our members to have the summer off.
Our Executive Board meets via Zoom, planning new activities and events for the year ahead. Dues are now being collected so that we may begin budgeting expenses for the next year.
All members are invited to attend our monthly lunch meetings on the first Tuesday of the month for a delicious hot meal, an interesting variety of speakers, and fellowship with each other.
As a member you are also entitled to attend any of our day trips, outings, lunches, or join our Book Club meetings. Just sign up at the lunch meeting or call the trip organizer. The trips are fun and provide the opportunity to meet with fellow members, form friendships, and also learn something about our wonderful community with its varied history.
We also ask our members to consider joining a committee, providing members the opportunity to work with other members in areas of our club that interest them. Working with your fellow members builds close friendships and camaraderie.
